DIE aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase on working days. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

While we make every effort to ensure timely shipping, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

For international orders, the customer acts as the importer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the ordered items comply with local import regulations and restrictions. Any customs requirements or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Orders are processed once payment has been approved.

• Shipping occurs Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

• Courier services may not operate on public holidays.

DIE is based in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations as the importer.
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, including pre-order schedules noted in individual product descriptions. If a delay occurs, you will be notified promptly.
Sale items and limited editions are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that are time-sensitive, personalised, limited edition, or altered to a customer’s specification.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. If an item arrives damaged, DIE will arrange collection and issue a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of notification.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty. If a return shipment is unclaimed or refused and returned to DIE, the order will be refunded minus all shipping costs.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
